The Washington Kastles will open their season on Tuesday, July 5 at Kastles Stadium at The Wharf against the Kansas City Explorers and the match will feature Venus Williams. Below is the full home schedule:

- 7/07 - Boston Lobsters (Serena Williams)
- 7/12 - New York Sportimes (John McEnroe)
- 7/14 - Springfield Lasers (Sam Querrey)
- 7/15 - St. Louis Aces (Anna Kournikova)
- 7/18 - Sacramento Capitals
- 7/21 - Philadelphia Freedoms
It appears that foundation work is underway at Kastles Stadium, which will be located at 9th & Water Street. There will be other events that will take place at 9th Street Park besides Kastles matches. Some examples of events that could take place include beach volleyball, concerts, and arts festivals.
